Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, utilizing diagnostic interviews and standardized assessments to determine their psychological and emotional needs.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific issues and goals based on each client’s unique circumstances.
- Engage in regular therapeutic sessions with clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and evidence-based interventions.
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to facilitate client growth.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed, making referrals to psychiatrists or additional specialists when appropriate.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and communications in compliance with best practices and legal requirements.
- Participate in continuous professional development through training and workshops to stay current with the latest research and methodologies in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

- Minimum of four years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating deep understanding and skill in various therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
