This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. While you will primarily engage in teletherapy sessions, you will also have access to our modern, fully-equipped outpatient office located in Quincy, Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Sacred Heart, your day-to-day activities will include:

- Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on identifying and addressing issues affecting relationships and family dynamics.
- Specializing in various areas of concern, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological distress, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.
- Developing tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of each client's unique needs, simultaneously addressing individual and systemic concerns.
- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate growth and healing within families and individuals.
- Documenting clinical progress and maintaining accurate and confidential records using our digital management system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your work will encompass a diverse range of clients, from adults and adolescents to entire families. You will address a wide spectrum of issues including, but not limited to:

- Job stress and adjustment to changes such as separation and divorce.
- Communication difficulties and mother/daughter conflicts.
- Challenges faced by blended families due to remarriage.

Qualifications\n
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

- Active LMFT license in the state of Massachusetts.
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- A strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience\n
While recent graduates are welcome to apply, we encourage candidates with previous experience in behavioral health settings to highlight their background. Flexibility in scheduling, with a commitment of 30 hours or more per week, is also beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits\n
