Role Overview
We’re looking for a Software Project Manager who is both technically curious and exceptionally organized. You’ll guide clients through multi-month software transitions, coordinate small technical teams, translate client needs into actionable tasks, and keep projects moving with clarity and calm.
This role is ideal for someone who loves helping non-technical people feel confident with new tools — and who enjoys bringing structure to messy processes.
You’ll work directly with the founder (MT), partner with contractors, and take ownership of planning, communication, and delivery across multiple client projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination

Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clients

Translate business needs into clear project scopes, tickets, and timelines

Build structured project plans (2–12 month timelines) and maintain them

Coordinate with subcontractors, developers, and client teams to keep work moving
Client Communication & Relationship Management

Serve as the steady point of contact for clients throughout each project

Communicate updates in a clear, friendly, and confidence-building manner

Break down technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Run weekly client meetings and create follow-up summaries and action lists
Workflow & Process Support

Assist in documenting current-state processes and identifying pain points

Help clients adopt new tools (Odoo, AI tools, CRMs, workflow automations, etc.)

Standardize internal processes and support the development of SOPs

Ensure all work is funneled into Undreamt’s project intake system
Quality & Delivery

Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, and risks

Ensure client deliverables are consistent, high-quality, and on time

Support change management and training for client teams

Help measure impact and identify opportunities for future improvements
Qualifications
Must Have
-
3+ years managing software or digital transformation projects

Strong organization and communication skills

Experience working with cross-functional or subcontracted teams

Ability to break down vague or messy client inputs into clear tasks

Comfort collaborating with non-technical clients

A steady, empathetic, approachable communication style

Experience with tools like: project management software, CRMs, automation tools
Nice to Have

Experience with Odoo, CRM migrations, or business process automation

Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, workflow automation, LLM integrations)

Background in consulting or client-facing roles

Familiarity with environmental consulting, healthcare, field services, or similar industries
