Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license (or eligibility) for the state of Vermont
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Strong pediatric experience or a clear interest in working with school-aged children
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports per school district guidelines
  • Engage in professional development and continuing education
