What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Recent experience in Special Education, preferably within K-12 school settings
• Flexibility and comfort with traveling between multiple school locations
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with diverse teams and families
• Proven ability to manage individualized education plans and adapt instruction to various learning needs
• Current knowledge of best practices in inclusive education and legal compliance

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and support services to students identified for special education programming
• Adjust and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on student progress
• Work closely with classroom educators, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated, comprehensive services
• Travel between assigned public schools, private institutions, and charter schools as required
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all regulatory and ethical standards
• Participate in ongoing professional development and IEP meetings as scheduled
