Responsibilities
- Perform a range of ultrasound exams, including general and vascular studies, with image optimization and quality control
- Operate equipment (GE Logic E10s, Samsung WS80A) and apply standard safety and infection control practices
- Administer IV contrast injections as ordered and monitor for patient reactions
- Document findings and enter data into the EPIC electronic medical record; maintain accurate and timely records
- Collaborate with radiology and surgical teams; participate in on-call and cross-functional coverage as scheduled
Requirements
- Active RVT and ARDMS credentials (AB or OB) required
- Minimum 2 years of recent ultrasound experience, including vascular studies
- EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years
- BLS certification; Ultrasound Tech Certification Verification (equivalency) accepted
- Ability to work in a hospital setting as a travel assignments and to perform contrast injections
