\nKey Responsibilities\n
\nExecute proven prospecting systems (database marketing, open houses, networking, and digital outreach) to build a consistent pipeline of buyers and sellers.\n

\nConsult with buyers and sellers through real estate transactions from initial consultation to closing.\n
\n
\nPrepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), conduct home walkthroughs, and host open houses.\n
\n
\nDraft, negotiate, and manage real estate purchase and sales agreements.\n
\n
\nStay knowledgeable on local housing market trends.\n
\n
\nQualifications\n
\nFor New / Aspiring Agents: Active MA, RI, or NH Real Estate License (or actively enrolled in an accredited real estate pre-licensing course).\n

\nFor Experienced Agents: Proven track record of transactions with a desire to double or triple annual sales volume utilizing stronger leverage and systems.\n

\nComfortable learning and adopting digital tools, CRM systems, and real estate apps.\n
