Location: Newport, NH
Schedule:
- Four 10-hour day shifts per week
- Late shift rotation included
- Holiday coverage required, including working two of the following sets:
- Thanksgiving and the subsequent Friday/weekend
- Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and the subsequent Friday/weekend
- New Years Eve/New Years Day and the subsequent Friday/weekend
Responsibilities:
- Provide perioperative nursing care in both scrub and circulating roles
- Support orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures, utilizing specialized skills
- Document accurately using EPIC EMR systems
- Collaborate with surgical teams to maintain safe, efficient operating room environments
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years current operating room nursing experience
- Proficient in both scrub and circulating functions
- Experience in orthopedic and neurosurgery preferred
- Skilled with EPIC EMR documentation systems
- Current New Hampshire nursing license (compact license accepted)
- ACLS and BLS certification through the American Heart Association
