Position Overview
The Enterprise Applications Administrator will be responsible for the management, support, and optimization of enterprise applications within the organization. The role focuses on ensuring that applications run efficiently and meet the needs of the business while implementing best practices and new technologies to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and execute strategies for data architecture and integration between systems.
- Support and troubleshoot issues related to applications and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Implement and manage user access controls and security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements or upgrades as necessary.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure that software updates and patches are applied promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an applications administrator or similar role with enterprise-level applications.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with Syspro and SAP applications.
- Experience with data architecture and business intelligence (BI) tools.
- Understanding of AI technologies and their application in enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of ABAP programming language is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
