Job DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Practitioner to join the OVME team at a new and upcoming location. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a studio from the beginning, helping build a strong client base and establish OVME within the local community.
In this role, you’ll provide personalized aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other advanced services while building trusted, long-term relationships with your clients.
Our practitioners combine clinical expertise with an individualized approach to care, helping clients achieve natural, confidence-building results. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their craft, committed to continued growth and education, and excited about the opportunity to help grow a new studio alongside a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, such as Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other wrinkle-reducing procedures, in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Administer injections accurately, considering facial anatomy, symmetry, and proper dosage to achieve optimal results while minimizing risks and side effects.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications that may arise.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure.
- Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and regulatory standards, including infection control, product storage, and disposal procedures.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality while interacting with clients and maintaining a safe and comfortable treatment environment.
- Continuously pursue professional development and training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in the field of cosmetic injectables.
Skills, Knowledge, & ExpertiseEducation / Experience Requirements
- 2+ years of injecting experience.
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate.
- Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.
