Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to clients' needs, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations.
- Document client interactions and treatment progress promptly, adhering to all regulatory standards to ensure compliance and deliver quality care.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to evaluate client needs and track progress effectively.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to devise and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance clients' well-being.
- Actively engage in licensing and accreditation activities to uphold high standards of practice and facilitate seamless operations.
- Serve as a liaison among clients, service systems, and community partners, ensuring coordinated care and resources are available for clients.
- Foster strong communication channels within the organization to promote alignment with our mission and standards.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with various agencies, organizations, and stakeholders to promote our programs and secure necessary resources and partnerships.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and representing the agency at conferences.
- Embrace and promote the core values and principles of Catalina Behavioral Health throughout your practice.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that enhance the overall service delivery.
