Step into an exciting contract role supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. What You'll Bring:
- Current SLP licensure for Massachusetts (SLP MA required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) in progress
- Experience or interest in school-based settings and pediatric populations
- Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and willingness to integrate virtual services as needed
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent communication, time management, and documentation abilities
What You'll Do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, both in-person and through teletherapy
- Evaluate students, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor progress toward goals
- Work alongside educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic support
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and district regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for ongoing student success
