Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities

• Help with walking, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to keep the home clean and comfortable

• Follow each client's care plan and daily routine

• Communicate changes in a client's condition or needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

• Reliable and able to follow through with scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
