Job DescriptionJob Title: Theatrical Lighting Project Manager
Seeking a project manager who has experience in construction and can coordinate installation of theatrical lighting and rigging equipment for permanent installations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the project profitability reports
- Quality and cost of project through to project closeout
- Oversee all phases of systems projects, assist in creating bids and quotes
- Primary contact, coordinating and sequencing with vendors, customers and subcontractors, manufacturers and end-users
- Invoice customers according to payment terms
- Manage and maintain project materials and records.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' of experience in project management with a focus on technical theater, television
- Prior theatrical dimming/control experience
- Proficient skills with MS Office, AutoCAD, and PM software
- Accounting experience a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Strong organization skills
- Current valid driver's license
