SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for compassionate and trustworthy CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers in Milford, MA. We have immediate staffing needs and are seeking individuals who take pride in providing personalized care and helping clients feel safe and supported in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs

• Assist with walking, transfers, and safe mobility

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

• Build meaningful connections through companionship and conversation

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable living environment

• Follow individualized care plans and established routines

• Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
