Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to provide services in a K-12 school setting located in Lawrence, MA. This contract position covers the current school year (CSY) and focuses on delivering therapeutic support to students requiring physical therapy interventions.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Physical Therapist licensure.
Experience working in a school-based setting preferred.
Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans.
Familiarity with educational environments and collaboration with educators and families.
Strong munication and interpersonal skills.

Location:

Lawrence, Massachusetts.
Services provided within a K-12 educational institution.

Responsibilities:

Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments for students.
Design and implement therapy programs tailored to student needs.
Monitor and document student progress, updating treatment plans accordingly.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success.
Participate in meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as required.
