Key Qualifications:

• Valid New Hampshire Special Education certification (NH SPED cert)
• Experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in a school environment
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload, providing both case management and resource services
• Strong skills in planning, documentation, and compliance with IEP processes
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Genuine passion for supporting students’ academic and social development

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as a case manager and resource specialist for a defined caseload of students across age groups
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction tailored to student needs
• Maintain detailed records and complete all necessary paperwork in alignment with school and state requirements
• Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers regarding accommodations and modifications
