Key Responsibilities\n

- Employ evidence-based screening tools as guided by the clinical team to facilitate informed decision-making in treatment options.
- Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to devise and implement effective positive behavior support plans and intervention strategies.
- Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our service delivery standards.
- Serve as a vital link between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering collaborative care and resource access.
- Maintain open and effective communication channels to align with contract requirements and promote Catalina Behavioral Health's mission in the community.
- Establish strong partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program visibility and secure potential funding sources.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
