We're looking for a full-time MDS Coordinator Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility team.
 
Responsibilities:

Oversee and complete all MDS paperwork

Ensure the facility receives proper reimbursement

Qualifications:

Active RN license
</li>
<li>
Knows how to handle all parts of the MDS process-from scheduling to completion.

Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
</li>
