Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Excavation Laborer role based in Falmouth, MA. The Excavation Laborer supports excavation and site work operations, including preparing work areas, assisting with trenching and backfilling, and handling materials. Daily tasks may include shoveling and raking, setting up and moving safety barriers, loading and unloading tools and supplies, and helping operators with spotting and signaling around heavy equipment. The role involves maintaining clean and organized work areas, following all safety procedures, and using basic hand and power tools as directed.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, digging, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Basic familiarity with construction or excavation.
- Commitment to safety, including following instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the Falmouth, MA and willingness to work full-time hours, including occasional overtime as needed.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and team members.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and small power tools; willingness to learn additional skills related to excavation and site work.
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or excavation is beneficial but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read basic instructions, safety signage, and measurements.
