Key Responsibilities\n

- Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients to foster a safe therapeutic relationship.
- Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, employing established therapeutic methods and individualized strategies.
- Create and implement tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of patient needs and circumstances.
- Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families to provide ongoing support and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Monitor and assess patient progress through periodic assessments and feedback, ensuring a responsive approach to therapy.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, promoting a collaborative environment that encourages shared experiences and healing.
- Referral coordination: connect clients with additional specialists or resources when needed to support their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
At Path Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families navigating a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

- A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Massachusetts.
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, especially in the areas of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
- Proven therapeutic and counseling skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and empower clients toward meaningful change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a collaborative spirit to work effectively with our multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
