Physical Therapist – Early Intervention (EI)
Location: Brockton
Hours: 40 Hrs 8a-4p Mon-Fri
Salary Range: Starting rate is $37.00/ Hr

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate physical therapy needs of children in the Early Intervention program
• Conduct assessments including gait, range of motion, strength, and functional mobility
• Develop individualized exercise programs to improve functional mobility
• Recommend and train on adaptive equipment to support mobility and independence
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to service planning
• Provide training to staff and families on therapy goals and equipment use
• Maintain collaborative relationships with families and support networks
• Complete documentation including Provider Support Strategies and service reviews
• Attend meetings and trainings as required
• Ensure safety standards and utilize universal precautions

What You Bring:

• Licensure: Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• Experience: Pediatric or Early Intervention experience preferred
• Skills:

  • Ability to assess and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfort working in a flexible, community-based setting
    • Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to lift and reposition up to 25 lbs, and physical ability to interact closely with children
