Conduct Analytical Testing Perform biochemical assays for protein characterization, including: N-glycan analysis Titer determination Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) with Multi-Angle Light Scattering (MALS) Peptide mapping Execute capillary electrophoresis techniques for protein separation: Imaged Capillary Isoelectric Focusing (iCE) Operate Ultra/High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC/HPLC) systems Perform plate reader-based assays (absorbance, fluorescence, luminescence) Sample & Reagent Preparation Prepare reagents, buffers, and samples following SOPs and protocols Documentation Maintain accurate and timely records in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems Method Development Assist in method development, optimization, and troubleshooting Compliance Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all laboratory activities

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field 3-5 years of hands-on laboratory experience in industry setting Proficiency in capillary electrophoresis, HPLC, UPLC, H-Glycan analysis, Peptide Mapping, Mass Spectroscopy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

This is a Contract position based out of Andover, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $42.50/hr.
