Job Type: Full-time or 2/3 Part-time
Compensation: Hourly + bonuses based on performance

We’re looking for a Store Manager who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere, and has a passion for health, wellness, and creating an amazing customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily club operations with enthusiasm and attention to detail
- Deliver exceptional customer service — greet guests, take orders, and build relationships
- Prepare and serve a variety of healthy shakes, energy teas, and nutrition products
- Drive sales and engagement through great conversations, upselling, and community events
- Train, motivate, and support team members
- Ensure the club stays clean, organized, and stocked
- Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back
What We’re Looking For
- A people person who genuinely loves connecting with others
- Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness
- Experience in customer service, bartending, waitressing, or retail sales preferred
- Leadership or management experience a plus
- Reliable, self-motivated, and thrives in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
