Shift: Day Shift | 3×12s | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (EST)
Location: Newport, Vermont
Setting: Acute Care / Hospital-Based Setting
Pay Rates:

Local: $25–$29/hour

Travel: $47–$50/hour
Position Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/T-LPN) provides direct patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role requires adaptability, accountability, and a strong commitment to teamwork while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The LPN works collaboratively with the healthcare team to support patient safety, comfort, and positive clinical outcomes.

Required Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
Required Licensure & Certifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (state-specific, in good standing)

Current AHA BLS certification
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of hospital-based nursing experience

Ability and willingness to travel or relocate (for travel candidates)

Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
