Job Description
- Supporting strategic vision while actively seeking new business opportunities
- Developing an effective marketing strategy and partnering closely with marketing team to deliver impactful content across all channels
- Growing existing client-base by continually raising awareness to unique solution offerings
- Establishing new and expanding upon existing industry partnerships
- Collaborating with design team on overall concept – identifying project needs, offering expert insight, and developing customized solutions to meet specifications
- Providing comprehensive scope development, leveraging strong attention to detail when mapping out objectives, milestones, deliverables, and outcomes
- Driving overall project performance while demonstrating our unwavering commitment to providing the most innovative solutions to our clients
- Overseeing installation process and engaging in post-sale management – ensuring a seamless installation and successful transition to the service team
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of industry-specific experience
- 5+ years management experience
- Technical experience in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering preferred
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Andover, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
