Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Float Pool ICU position requiring an active MA RN license, Epic experience, and a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
Details
- Hospital-based Nursing Float Pool position specializing in ICU
- Will float as needed between ICU and PCU
- 12-hour rotating shifts alternating in 4-week blocks: 7a–7p, then 7p–7a
- 36 hours per week with every other weekend required
- 8-week contract
Requirements
- Active MA RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2–5 years of ICU experience required
- Trauma Level I facility experience preferred; Trauma Level II experience may be considered
- Epic EMR experience required
- ASN degree required
- Previous travel experience preferred
- COVID vaccine with booster and flu vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed)
Additional Information
- A telemetry/ECG test will be administered on the first day on a pass/fail basis; failure may result in assignment termination
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
- Any previous employee of the Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) system (travel, permanent, or per diem) must have a minimum 6-month break before being considered
