Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

  • A proven track record of passing either the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
  • \n

  • Strong familiarity with electronic health record systems, preferably hands-on experience with AVATAR or similar platforms.

  • Solid understanding of best practices as suggested by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) and their applications in real-world settings.
