About the Role:
We're seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team. As an SLP with our organization, you'll work closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to identify and address communication and swallowing disorders. Your expertise will enable our residents to regain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address resident needs

Provide speech and language therapy services to residents, including individually and in group settings

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and treatment

Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
