We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider in Boston, MA. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders in an adult critical care setting. This role requires clinical competence with ventilator management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based respiratory care.

Minimum Requirements:
\n
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
- Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is mandatory.
- Minimum one year experience as an RRT, including adult critical care experience.
- BLS certification.
- Experience with Hamilton ventilators preferred.
- Experience with EPIC charting preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience covering 12-hour night shifts in an ICU setting.
