The 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery and general plant equipment, including extrusion machines and OMR winders. This position demands strong technical skills for equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting, with an emphasis on safety compliance and independent problem-solving. The technician will collaborate closely with the maintenance team to optimize machine setup and conduct thorough technical inspections to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and routine preventive maintenance on production and plant equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions to quickly restore machinery operation
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety protocols
- Set up and calibrate machines to meet production requirements
- Conduct regular technical inspections to identify potential issues

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance roles
