Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients, encompassing crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans, adhering to state regulations and organizational standards.
- Employ evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with our clinical team to assess client needs effectively.
- Work in partnership with interdisciplinary teams to roll out positive behavior support plans that enhance client engagement and outcomes.
- Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that programs meet high standards of care and compliance.
- Act as a liaison between clients, service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure cohesive support for individuals in our care.
- Promote open communication within the organization to meet contractual obligations and to further the mission of Alvita Counseling Center in the broader community.
- Build and sustain relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities to enhance program offerings.
- Engage in ongoing personal and professional development through conferences, classes, and community involvement to stay updated on best practices in mental health counseling.
- Advocate for and embody the agency's mission, values, philosophy, and principles in all aspects of work.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a positive team dynamic and organizational success.
