Employment Type: Part-Time Overnight Shifts
Salary Range: $35-$36 per hour, plus an additional $8 shift differential for overnight hours

Position Overview:
The Wellness Nurse (either a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse) plays a vital role in supporting the Resident Services Director with the effective implementation, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the associates in the Resident Services Department, including Resident Services Assistants (C.A.s).
- Assist in managing the medication program and support residents in self-administering their medications.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare providers.
- Report any significant incidents or changes in residents' needs to the Executive Director or Resident Services Director.
- Contribute to the completion of resident assessments and the development of service plans.
- Support the Resident Services Director in recruitment and performance management within the department.
- Assist in training and orienting new associates.
- Participate in scheduled in-service training programs and team meetings.
- Help with the scheduling and staffing of Resident Services Assistants as required.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to associates in the Resident Services Department as necessary.
- Support residents and their families to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist in supervising RSA staff during care provision.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care environments is preferred.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification is required.
