This position affords the unique flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing mental health therapists to engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining a structured workday. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs, concerns, and goals.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to implement evidence-based interventions.
- Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, specifically tailored to the unique dynamics and needs of clients.
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to foster community and provide psychoeducation on mental health topics.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and develop holistic treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, responding promptly and effectively to mental health emergencies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress compliant with legal and ethical standards.
- Engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and participating in case consultations.
- Commit to ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research and treatment advancements in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
- Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders and a competency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Proven ability to carry out comprehensive mental health evaluations and craft effective, tailored treatment interventions.
- Experience in delivering individual and group therapy sessions to a diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate meaningful connections with clients and colleagues.
- Commitment to ethical standards and best practices in the mental health profession.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and necessary software applications to manage patient information and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
