Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an early childhood school in the Worcester, MA area, starting at the end of November and running through June 10, 2026. This contract role offers approximately 35 hours per week, supporting a caseload of 35 students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to early childhood students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of intervention strategies
Qualifications:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in pediatric and school-based settings
- Strong clinical skills in early childhood speech and language development
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 35 students effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
