Shift: Night | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Schedule: 3 days/week | 12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week | Every other weekend | Rotating holidays

Traveler: $85.00 - $88.00/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery RN to provide comprehensive maternal and patient care using the nursing process.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Current Massachusetts RN license.
- BLS Certification.
- ACLS Certification.
- Current NRP Certification.
- Successful completion of required pharmacology examination.
- Fetal Monitor Course every 2 years.
- Recent OB experience within the last 2 years.
- Proficiency with computerized nursing information systems.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- CPI certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care using assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Assess physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Develop individualized plans of care.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Monitor maternal and fetal status.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Communicate patient information to physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel.
- Perform Charge Nurse responsibilities as required.
- Support staff orientation and education.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.
- Follow safety, infection-control, and hospital policies.
- Maintain professional development.
- Provide service excellence.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
