SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Franklin, MA. We are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who are ready to make a difference by providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes. Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Communicate client needs and changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client's home

• Able to commit to agreed-upon shifts and schedules
