Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the unique mental health needs of each client. Based on these insights, create tailored treatment plans that empower clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
- Provide individual therapy utilizing proven modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches, ensuring each session is aligned with the client's specific needs.
- Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and continually monitor and adjust treatment plans based on their progress, fostering a results-oriented approach to care.
- Offer teletherapy options to meet clients' needs for virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care, particularly for those facing mobility or transportation challenges.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment notes, and progress updates as per ethical standards, ensuring transparency and compliance within the therapeutic process.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and peer consultations, enhancing your clinical skills and staying current with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

- A current and valid mental health license in Massachusetts: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
