Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting students with moderate to severe needs. This contract role serves grades K-5, including early childhood programs, focusing on implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection to promote student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavior intervention services to students with moderate to severe challenges.
  • Collect and document data accurately to monitor student progress.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and educational staff as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Follow individualized behavior plans under supervision.
  • Support classroom activities to foster positive behavior and learning outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
  • Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged students (Grades K-5).
  • Prior exposure to moderate to severe caseloads preferred.
  • Ability to follow directions and work under the supervision of certified behavior analysts.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
