Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for experienced Special Education Teachers to support K-12 students in a full-time, contract position through the school year. This role is situated in Nashua, NH, with a commitment from August 25, 2025, to June 19, 2026. Candidates will be assigned varying caseloads, including some intensive classroom settings focusing on developmental delays and severe needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to diverse student needs.
- Provide specialized instruction and support to students with developmental delays and severe disabilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in meetings regarding student services.
Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire Special Education (SPED) License is mandatory.
- Certification in intensive needs or relevant specialized caseloads preferred.
- Candidates with Statements of Eligibility (SOE) may be considered, with potential for expedited licensure processing.
- Ability to perform onsite duties exclusively at this time; hybrid arrangements may be discussed for certain candidates.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
