📍 Location: Somerville, MA
\n 📄 Contract Length: 13 weeks (likelihood of extension)

\n ⏱️ Hours: 40 hours/week

🕒 Schedule:
\n • Monday–Friday
\n • Primarily 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
\n • Rotating Saturdays
\n • Minor schedule flexibility may be discussed during the interview
\n
\n
💰 Pay:
\n • Local Rate: $56/hr
\n • Weekly Pay: $2,240/week
\n
• Travel Package: $2,866/week
\n
Meals: $602/week
\n Housing: $1,064/week
\n
\n
📋 Role Overview:
\n • Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments in an inpatient behavioral health setting
\n • Work with patients ages 4–18
\n • Facilitate both individual and group OT treatments
\n • Assess functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
\n • Support patients with neurodevelopmental and psychiatric diagnoses
\n • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to support patient progress
\n • Maintain documentation using EPIC
\n
\n
✅ Requirements:
\n • Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
\n • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
\n • BLS certification through AHA required
\n • Previous inpatient pediatric and/or behavioral health experience required
\n • Prior travel experience strongly preferred
\n • Experience working with psychiatric and neurodevelopmental populations preferred
