Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg
Location: St. Johnsbury, VT
Type: Contract | 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 36 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg for an exciting Travel or Local job in St. Johnsbury, VT.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for adult Med/Surg patients with occasional pediatric patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in a patient-focused care environment
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech EMR
- Support patient and family education throughout care
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of acute care experience
- Active Vermont RN License or Compact RN License
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Meditech experience preferred
- Must be comfortable caring for occasional pediatric patients
Additional Information
- Adult Med/Surg patient population with occasional pediatric patients
- Three 12-hour day shifts weekly
- Meditech EMR system
