Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a vibrant Massachusetts school community. What we’re seeking:
- Valid Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education license in Speech and Hearing Disabilities (all levels)
- Eligibility or current licensure from the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health
- Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP) or candidacy as a Clinical Fellow
- Experience or strong interest in serving elementary-aged students
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative school culture
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Role responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, families, and the multidisciplinary team to support educational outcomes
- Develop and document progress notes, IEP goals, and recommendations efficiently
- Support students in achieving communication objectives and accessing their curriculum
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal educational guidelines
