Your Role as a Registered Nurse

In this position, you will:

• Oversee patient care and treatments, conduct assessments, customize care plans, and address patient concerns to ensure exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care as needed.
• Act as a resource for colleagues, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries while celebrating patient milestones and achievements.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
