Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Current Vermont OT Certification is required
Prior experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations highly desirable
Capable of managing a caseload spanning K-12 across multiple school buildings
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Commitment to fostering inclusive educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services across the district to students in grades K-12
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ academic, behavioral, and daily living needs
Collaborate actively with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students
Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and state policies
Contribute to IEP meetings and help shape effective educational strategies

This full-time, contract role is an ideal fit for professionals passionate about empowering students and seeking variety in their day-to-day work. The position runs from August 26th, 2026 to June 14th, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 35-37.5 hours.
