We are a medium-sized construction company located in Topsfield, MA. We specialize in large commercial flat roofing and siding jobs and general construction. We work primarily in Eastern Massachusetts as well as Southern New Hampshire. We pride ourselves on our commitment to our clients, our employees and our subs. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for skilled and reliable carpenters to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial carpentry work, including framing, trim, siding, doors, windows, and general construction
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and efficiency
- Ensure work meets company quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and other team members to meet deadlines
- Travel to various job sites as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in carpentry preferred
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
- Willingness to travel to different job sites as required.
- Problem-solving and adaptability in changing conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
