Position Summary

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Gynecologist with MSCP certification to join our Women's Health team, specifically to help spearhead our Menopause and Wellness Program. This initiative is the first of its kind in the region, focusing on comprehensive, personalized care for women experiencing midlife and menopausal transitions.

This position emphasizes delivering expert, evidence-based care to patients navigating perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopausal health. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our Comprehensive Menopause and Wellness Program, conducting thorough evaluations and ongoing care focused on menopause.
  • Diagnose and manage menopause-related conditions, creating personalized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients about menopause, aging, and preventive health strategies, including bone, brain, and cardiovascular wellness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, including referrals to specialists as necessary.
  • Stay updated on menopause research, guidelines, and best practices through continuing education and professional development.
  • Promote community awareness and education by participating in seminars and educational opportunities for both providers and patients.

Qualifications

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
  • Current state medical license and DEA registration.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in gynecology, preferably with a focus on midlife women's health.
  • Proven clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and strong communication skills.
  • Certification from the Menopause Society.
