\n Role: Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
\n Location: Springfield, MA 01199
\n Facility Name: Baystate Medical Center
\n Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
\n Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM - Nights
\n Scheduled Hours: 36 hrs/week
\n Pay Rate: $80/hr
\n Weekly Pay: $3,804(including stipend) for 48 hours
\n Stipend: $1,414/week
\n Local Radius: Must be outside 90 miles
\n On-Call: No Call

\n Minimum Experience: 2 years
\n Holiday Coverage: Required

\n Requirements
\n Strong ICU experience required
\n 1 year of Level 1 ICU experience preferred; otherwise 2 years preferred
\n MICU experience preferred
\n NIHSS required
\n BLS required through American Heart Association
\n ACLS required through American Heart Association
\n Candidates with only 1 year of experience as a new graduate may be too new for the unit

\n Unit Details
\n 32-bed Medical ICU with Neuro Critical Care capability
\n Floats to Medical HVCC, SICU, and IMC
\n Patient ratios: 1:2 or 1:1 depending on acuity
\n Common cases include sepsis, ESRD and AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, post-cardiac arrest care, and respiratory failure
\n 48-hour contracts accepted
\n Overtime: After 40 hours/week
\n Call Back Minimum: 2 hours
\n Call Back Rate: All-inclusive rate
