  • Create positive, respectful experiences for adopters, surrenderers, and visitors
  • Assist with training, scheduling, performance development, and team culture
  • Provide euthanasia counseling while upholding the highest standard of respectful, compassionate care
  • Model the kindness and professionalism that define the MSPCA

This is meaningful leadership that truly changes lives of both humans and animals.

Salary: $55,000–$70,000, depending on experience.

Across our four centers, we care for more than 11,000 animals annually with over 2,000 right here in Boston. Our site includes a low-cost community clinic, a wide range of outreach programs, and a 92% live release rate we’re incredibly proud of.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • A commitment to maintaining the positive, supportive culture we’ve built
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus!

Please include a cover letter to help us get to know how you lead, communicate, and connect with your teams.
