Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, focusing on pre-crisis interventions and crisis management strategies.

  • Communicate openly and effectively with all stakeholders to uphold contract standards and promote the agency's mission throughout the community.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with various agencies and organizations to enhance program visibility and secure potential partnerships.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development through conferences, training, and community representation, remaining current in best practices.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required, equipping you with the foundational knowledge necessary for clinical practice.
