Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, focusing on pre-crisis interventions and crisis management strategies.
- Maintain meticulous documentation that meets regulatory standards and is completed in a timely manner.
- Utilize evidence-based assessment tools as appropriate, ensuring clients receive the best possible care.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that are individualized to client needs.
- Engage in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the agency's compliance and quality assurance efforts.
- Act as a liaison between clients and external systems, including state agencies and local partners, to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Communicate openly and effectively with all stakeholders to uphold contract standards and promote the agency's mission throughout the community.
- Establish and nurture relationships with various agencies and organizations to enhance program visibility and secure potential partnerships.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through conferences, training, and community representation, remaining current in best practices.
